Christie Forster Duffy, Director

Christie is a recent graduate of Arizona State University, Human and Family Development Major. Christie has been coaching gymnastics for 14 years. Her career in gymnastics started when she was 14 years old, her passion for the sport was obvious and her coaches did everything in their power to allow her to fully experience the sport. Christie trained for 4 years to compete as a level 7 (J.O. Program) Along with coaching competitive gymnastics, Christie has a passion in coaching special needs children and adults through gym activities. Christie has been an active Special Olympics Volunteer for many years and has a passion in helping special needs children with all diagnosis. Christie hosted the USA Special Olympics Gymnastics Team during the recent Special Olympics in Los Angeles, CA. Christie wished to pursue her Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.

I love working with kids of all ages and skill level. Nothing makes me more proud than to see the smile on a child who has accomplished a skill, be it a forward roll or a cartwheel on the beam.
