Gymnastics Etc. was founded by Amy Grimes in 1999, creating an environment that honors our love for the sport of gymnastics. We pride ourselves in striving to nurture your child’s growth and development with the same values as we would our own children. “Both of my children are indeed members of both the recreational and team programs.” – Amy Grimes, Owner/Coach
We promote fun and safety, first and foremost. We teach in a progressive and positive manner, with an emphasis in learning good technique and form. We strive to teach our students to set realistic goals yet always to reach for the stars.
At Gymnastics Etc., we understand the inherent risk involved in this sport, thus we provide a facility that is continually well-maintained and cleaned. We are constantly upgrading our equipment with a vast array of training aids and new apparatus. Furthermore, all of our upper level coaches are USAG Safety Certified, and have gone through additional training to teach the safest progressions in gymnastics. We are all fully committed to your child’s safety and enjoyment of the sport, whether they are involved for exercise and fitness, or at a higher level.
