Understanding better body mechanics and strength building. This class utilizes limited use of the Urban Park. Students learn to overcome obstacles through running, jumping, climbing and the fundamental elements of free movement. Classes are taught in an environment that is safe, supportive, and friendly. This class is ideal for children who desire fun and exciting physical challenges.
